Our Traning and Standard Procedure

RM Guard Force Sdn. Bhd. actively communicates with its customers. Explanatory and implementation of ideas being given to customer in order to give them up to date information of latest amendment to the standard operating procedures and our latest acquirement of security equipment and accessories. Nevertheless, current issues of incidents that occurred daily around the business environment should also be stressed and informed. Feed Back from our customer also need to be gather and compile. This is to retrace our weaknesses and setback. In this manner, we can improve our system. It pushes RM Guard Force Sdn.Bhd to be more attentive and ready for changes.

We maintained the required ratio percentage of ex-military and ex-police personnel in our establish strength. All personnel on joining us will be: - Police screen immediately Police vetted to ensure of a clean police record.

We abide by a district code of discipline which will be monitored and maintained through regular checks made by our management.

Selected for assignment will be done under careful vetting by our management. Reliable matured guards with basic education and ability to read and understand Bahasa Malaysia and understand basic English will be selected. The age range for our guards are from 33 years old to 55 years old. However, we do select our guards accordingly to our client s requirements and instruction. Guards assigned to an assignment will be on fixed list. Change of fixed guards will be done only on request by our clients.

We also have implemented the roving unit which consist of officers going on rounds making spot checks on our client s premises.

Our operational office is on a 24 hours service to cater for operational requirements round the clock.

This service enables us to be on contact with our guards at an hourly interval thus we can check and control.

Spot check's will be carried out from time to time on our client’s premises.

Training will be conducted on new guards. To be continued from time to time and within the specified period with the view to upgrade the standard of efficiency of the workers and the productivity RM Guard Force Sdn. Bhd. Basic training such as march and dill, arms handling, physical training, etc. is also provided with the intension to upgrade the standard of discipline, work quality etc. The training provided is necessary to the workers to ensure that they are disciplined, efficient, dedicated with good work ethics, always been motivated to ensure that this business will continue to improve. Police Screening and Police Vetting process of obtaining a Carry & Use license will be done. Those chosen to undergo armed training will be sent to shooting club for shooting practice, shooting practice will be conducted throughout the year. Lecturers will be invited to give lectures to the workers covering a wide range of subjects in preparation for the spiritual needs.
